L.O.V.E. (Leaders of Valued Equality) is a non-profit organization that will focus on fostering a supportive environment for rural, LGBTQIA+ youth.L.O.V.E. will advocate for the connection of LGBTQIA+ individuals, and their caregivers, within the local community while providing helpful resources, organizing local events, and promoting a loving atmosphere built on a foundation of equality and respect.

| From the beginning we have stood for equality. We are the only store in Lake City that decorates for and celebrates PRIDE, we proudly display our "All Are Welcome Here" sign and we have our permanent rainbow mustaches in our upper windows. At The Three Little Men, you will always find a display of support for our LGBTQIA+ community and especially our vulnerable and impressionable youth. There's no secret that our community is more on the conservative end, and we plan on breaking barriers however possible. |
