Recipe Doubles extremely well when making multiple cocktails at once. This Lemon Curd Martini is refreshing and appropriate for day or night. Homemade or Store bought Lemon Curd work equally as well. We love to have lemon curd on hand for so many dessert applications. We didn't reinvent the wheel on this one, the Lemon Curd recipe we use that comes out perfect every time can be found HERE.
Ingredients

1.5 oz gin
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

½ oz simple syrup

1 tsp lemon curd
Directions
- Into a cocktail shaker add the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and lemon curd.
Shake to combine, then add a handful of ice and shake again.
Serve in chilled martini glasses with a lemon rind spiral.
